Wow, that's maybe the first battle whose two bands I have actually listened to. I really like The Unicorns, but the last time I heard the YMG, it was awfully boring. However, it was a few months ago, and my tastes never stop evolving. I'll give them a listen soon before voting.

Edit : oh, what a wonderful listen. How could I find it boring? Wow. My vote goes for the Giants, sorry McFrogger x)

I found Colossal Youth boring but That Unicorns album was pretty fabulous even though I usually don't like music that's that poppy.

Fabulous was the only word I could think of to describe it.

The Unicorns were a Montreal based band, who only realseased 2 albums, the more prominent of which, Who Will Cut Our Hair When We're Gone? went on to become a cult favorite
