It's alright. Some really good songs, but listening to 16 White Stripes tracks in a row gets boring. There's only so much this band does with its one guitar + drums setup.

So good. The first album I ever heard by the White Stripes, and still my favorite, albeit by a slim margin. Jack White is simply a god in my eyes.

Favorite songs: I'm Finding It Harder To Be A Gentleman, Now Mary, Dead Leaves And The Dirty Ground, Offend In Every Way.

Lot of doors opened with that album. It's warm, simple but elaborated, electrifying ... Love that album !

I pretty much agree with this, though I will say I think they found a lot of unique approaches to take with it on Elephant.
