I've never heard that covered well, but if you're feeling bold...

Added a poll.
Thinking about this further, it depends on the number of people that will be involved. If we get 10 or more, it could be one song each. But if it is less, people might contribute two songs each. I am thinking of compilations like No New York and Plow!

I think for now, doing covers is probably the best bet.
Original Material would be fun though, if we bounced off each other and kept adding to a song.

This is a really interesting idea. It's a bit frustrating that I can't contribute to anything at the moment, but it will be interesting to see how this evolves. The only thing that I'm apprehensive about is; if doing covers is what everyone's decided on - and also people having different tastes and bias - will it be able to compromise well? But it doesn't have to be cohesive if it wants to be because some compilations just throw away the cohesibility all together.

If this is going to be original material, I'd like to contribute some lyrics. Actually, it would be nice if there was a small poll for all the people who want to write lyrics for this collaboration and let the best ones be included.
