Costello. One of my favourite songwriters, and he could do no wrong between 1977 and 1982.

I'm myself a Horrors fan, they're on my chart. But come on. Elvis Costello. I'll promote him later if he's in a difficult position. Otherwise, I'll wait until the next round.

I'm also going to have to go with Costello. Although I can't really pin down one of his albums as being one of my favorites, his singles really stand out.
