I feel no connection whatsoever to be honest, don't let it bother you. I found it a bit tasking on the ears intially but you notice the creative subtleties as you continue to listen. _________________ ''Isn't He A Bit Like You and Me?''

I don't love them either. Nice sound but pretty boring.
I feel like, with you exploring post rock right now, maybe it'll help you appreciate the magic of Sigur Ros. _________________ http://jonnyleather.com

Not really, I've been there for a long time. I don't need help. I'm strong.

I only really really like their first record, honestly.

I like a few Rolling Stones songs but I always thought Jagger's voice was just annoying. As for Fleetwood Mac, I like a few songs as well such as, "Never Going Back Again" and "The Chain". However I never got what all of the hype was about songs like "Go your own way" and "Don't Stop" just seem overly happy and kind of annoying. I don't really have any nostalgia towards either of the bands.
Not really interested in Fleetwood Mac, but if anybody has any good suggestions for the Rolling Stones I would love to give them a second chance.

Try "Beggars Banquet". That's a pretty accessible Rolling Stones album and has a pretty great blend of their early work as well as marking the beginning of their really classic 68-72 era.
