My personal favorite song off it is "The Glow".


Not a bad album through the first listen. However I see a 2012 release date. Any ideas?

I think that it was self-released in 2012, but its "official" label release was April 2, 2013.

That makes it a 2012 release. It's the reason Parquet Courts aren't #1 on my 2013 chart.

It's up to you. Sort of defeats the purpose of a 2013 album listening club though.

Ehh. that's just semantics. Who cares if it was self-released in 2012? I thought the point was for us to talk about new music that we might not have heard otherwise. I think this release fits that criteria.

Hell, if, something gets released on the final day of December, will we not be able to discuss it in a 2014 thread?

Aye, it's a fair point. I'm sort of surrounding myself with 2013 releases at the moment though in order to hear as much as possible before the next update of my year chart. So I'll probably give this one a miss, if you don't mind nutso.

I have it but am yet to listen. Will move it further up my to-do list. Enjoyed his last one.
