OK, it's starting. The Fifty-One Fifty (the name agreed upon by BEA users) is due to get up and running as soon as possible, so this thread will work as a reminder to those who said they'd like to help (either contributing content or in any other way they wish), and as a calling card for those who would like to sign up. We will be using this thread as a signing-up sheet, so put your names down if you want to contribute. We will also be talking about ideas for the blog, how we would like to go forward, and what sort of things we should be focusing on. It was already agreed (I believe) that the main focus should be album reviews, but now is the time to put your two cents in as to what format the blog should take and what type of writing we should be aiming to publish.

It should go without saying that this is very bare bones at the moment, and is far from finished (though it is currently functional).
Any ideas regarding layout, design, look and feel, or any other relating to features of the blog or how you think it should work - share it and we can start really improving it. The more ideas, the better.
Feel free to create an account, and hopefully we'll be able to start publishing content very soon

At some point, I would definitely like to be involved with this, particularly contributing content (though I'm open to helping out in other ways too). Things are crazy right now, though, and I don't want to commit to anything substantial before the beginning of next year.
So I guess sign me up as interested, but nothing big in the short term.
