Drunk people, i can understand. Being sober around drunk people can be fun sometimes and quite annoying at others.
But how can you be frightened of people who are high (assuming you're speaking of marijuana high)?
Cokeheads, crackheads, meth addicts. they're scary

People who smoke marijuana on the internet (well not on the internet, you get what I mean) are mostly very nice people. They don't seem any different to people who don't. People who smoke marijuana in real life, well I've never met any particularly nice ones. From experience most are not people I want to be around.

They were probably more drunk than high. or just naturally assholes. I've never seen smoking turn anyone into an asshole. A lazy, semi-worthless, brain dead moron sure. but never unlikeable.
