The idea is, pick a band, and pick your favorite song from each album by that band.
List of the Best Songs from each album by The Beatles
Please Please Me - I Saw Her Standing There
With the Beatles - Not a Second Time
Hard Day's Night - Tell Me Why
Beatles For Sale - Every Little Thing
Help! - Ticket to Ride
Rubber Soul - Run For Your Life
Revolver - Tomorrow Never Knows
Sgt. Peppers - A Day in the Life
Magical Mystery Tour - I Am the Walrus
The White Album - I'm So Tired
Yellow Submarine - It's All Too Much
Abbey Road - The Abbey Road Suite (or, if you don't count that) Oh, Darling!
Let It Be - I've Got a Feeling
Past Masters 1: I Feel Fine
Past Masters 2: Don't Let Me Down
Live at the BBC: Some Other Guy
Anthology 1: In Spite of All the Danger
Anthology 2: Within You Without You (Instrumental track)
Anthology 3: What's the New Mary Jane?
[NOTE: Doesn't have to be the Beatles]

The Strokes
Can I do two? Sort of defeats the purpose of this, I guess, but I can't help it. I suppose I'd just default to the first one listed, if I can only do one...
Is This It - "Hard To Explain"/"Last Nite"
Room On Fire - "What Ever Happened?"/"Reptilia"
First Impressions of Earth - "Heart In a Cage"/"Ize of the World"
Angles - "Under Cover of Darkness"/"Machu Piccu"
Comedown Machine - "Welcome To Japan"/"Tap Out"

I'm gonna do...
Oasis
Definitely Maybe - "Live Forever"
(What's the Story) Morning Glory? - "Champagne Supernova"
Be Here Now - "All Around the world"
The Masterplan - "Rockin' Chair"
Standing on the Shoulder of Giants - "Sunday Morning Call"
Heathen Chemistry - "Songbird"
Don't Believe the Truth - "Guess God Thinks I'm Abel"
Dig Out Your Soul - "I'm Outta Time"
Weird... much can be said about Liam Gallagher as a songwriter, but apparently he wrote my favourite song on the last three Oasis albums! _________________ "The Beatles, the greatest band known to mankind." - Bismah Mughal

This is where I should have started with Radiohead, rather than trying to swallow whole albums. I enjoyed listening to them as a bunch.
