Maybe french new wave could appeal to you. Some Godard maybe. Like A bout de souffle (Breathless) or Une femme est une femme (A Woman Is a Woman). But I'm not an expert here, so I'll let someone else do the recs...
edit: Ooh, or maybe Luis Bunuel. Again I don't know many of his films, but having seen The Phantom of Liberty, I'd say it's about what you're looking for.

I was thinking about this a bit more on the train. Trout Mask Replica is absurd, random, genuine, and original.
So are these movies
Monty Python & The Holy Grail
Brazil
Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas
Even The Dwarfs Started Small
Evil Dead
Dr Strangelove
Brand Upon the Brain! A Remembrance in 12 Chapters
Adaptation
Being John Malkovich _________________ http://jonnyleather.com

Recommend me some 2013 movies; doesn't matter how famous it is. You can get a taste of what I like here:
http://www.imdb.com/list/jcZNWwaGO_8/; not that ordered.

I haven't seen much this year, but have you seen Upstream Color. I think you'd probably love it, judging by why I see here _________________ http://jonnyleather.com

Lots of good movies on your list. My favorites this year are:
No(technically 2012, but it came out this year in the US, so I tend to think of it as this year even though it's last year)
Frances Ha
Simon Killer
Prisoners
Stoker
Spring Breakers
The Place Beyond the Pines
EDIT: Just saw Captain Phillips this weekend. Absolutely amazing film. So that belongs on the list too.
2013 isn't a great year so far... one of the worst in years, but there have been a handful of good things. I'm hoping the year-end releases can give it a boost.

My top three this year have been Gravity, Upstream Color, and Much Ado About Nothing.
(or if you like self-consciously funny, try Sharknado!)

Sharknado is a masterpiece. It pushes scientific boundaries by dealing with problems other films would never dare discuss. _________________

Yeah! Like, "what if a shark dropped from the sky onto a man holding a chainsaw?"
Never saw Kubrick tackle THAT issue.
