One of my favourite albums. Really delicate sounds that almost twinkle, bringing themselves to life now and again, as though the instruments are talking to each other - Modern Classical Minimalism at it's finest.

Cantus in Memory of Benjamin Britten is a highlight - and requires tissues at hand.

Beautiful, though I largely prefer the works of Glass and Reich and Feldman (who is obviously very different to Glass and Reich, but not actually a world away from Pärt I feel) to those of Pärt. That said, give me Arvo Pärt over John Tavener any day. Also, I think I may prefer Alina to this, but it's very close.

Great compositions are here. Maybe one of my favourite songs in any genre I was really happy when I first found this.
