It has a couple weak moments, and ends badly (I know Yesterday was huge, but to me it's one of the dullest tracks in the all of Beatledom)

No, Yesterday is perfect and it should be the final track of the album, Dizzy Miss Lizzy is so unnecessary at the end.

It's my favourite Beatles album, I think, so many pretty much perfect pop songs.

That's one of their multiple failed attempts to reproduce the album-ending glory of "Twist and Shout.". Too many early Beatles albums sputtered at the end because of their seeming belief that energy should trump quality on the closing track. Even Rubber Soul ends with what could be the weakest track on the album. I'm glad they did away with that approach on Revolver.

I agree that Yesterday should have ended the album, maybe even as a "secret" track. It was so unlike any other Beatles songs of the period, just about anything sounds weird after it.
