Very Happy
This album means so much to be. It's both beautiful and eccentric, it's the epitome of controlled chaos. The band just creates this fucked up soundscape, that spins around your head and makes you feel like you're being controlled by it. Now I have to listen to it.

The first Animal Collective album that I have listened to. This is a very mysterious record. I don't know a whole lot about this album's sound and it keeps changing, evolving and devolving into a new sound with each song. But, this gives it a unique feel and it gives us some of the sunniest songs I have ever heard.

Really lovely. I don't love everything on it, but the highs are fantastic. For Reverend Green is the best track here.

Agh, yes, totally. I think it is just really cathartic. It helped my get through my first few weeks of high school.

After listening to Sung Tongs and being disappointed, I didn't have the best picture of Animal Collective in my head. I chose this for my second listen and that converted me pretty quickly.

However, I must say that this is an album where I rarely feel compelled to listen to the whole thing through. Oftentimes I'll just listen to Peacebone, For Reverend Green and Fireworks and feel like I'm done.

Really? You're missing out on Unsolved Mysteries and Chores. I could never listen to this album in singles, the transitions from each song to the next are so perfect.
