Yeah, I'm not so much confused about Monsters University not being nominated (I rather enjoyed it, but it was nothing special) as I am still reeling from the fact that Brave won. I mean, I also enjoyed Brave, but c'mon. That was the same year Wreck-It Ralph and Paranorman came out.
Basically the Oscars are a scrotum full of poop and have been at the very least since Forrest Gump won Best Picture in 1994, and probably since before then but I'm not as familiar with films prior to that.

Are you serious? Just from the last few years Toy Story 3 and Up say hi. American Hustle and Wolf of Wall Street and Silver Linings Playbook and Midnight In Paris say hi.
what sort of comedy do you want to see them nominate? The Hangover III? It's these kind of generic criticisisms that bear no weight.
