- Post subject: Best Album Outside Top 1500 Tourney Nominations
|
Okay, since Defago attempted to make an albums outside the top 2000 tourney a while back, and I had a similar idea today, we have decided to collaborate. Basically, you can nominate any album that's outside the top 1500, but there are some rules.
1. Only one nomination per user.
2. The artist that created the album must be outside the top 500.
3. You can't change your nomination once the tourney starts.
4. There can only be 48 nominations total. If you nominate an album after there are 48, it will be ignored.
5. If an album enters the top 1500 during nominations, then the user must change their nomination. (A private message will be sent by either Defago or myself.) If it changes during the tourney itself, it stays.
6. No 2014 albums, for the sake of release dates and such.
That's it. Now nominate away!

Hm ... as I feel The Airborne Toxic Event has a shot of moving up and I just don't want to worry about that, my nomination is ....
You know what? I'm gonna make it weird. I LOVE Monarchy, but a quote of them appears as the banner sometimes. I LOVE Blue October, but I feel like a lot of you know Foiled already. I want something more unique. I want something no one here's heard before.

Also this. The point of this whole thing was and is to find new music, not to win. The winning part is just a nice bonus.
