ok, sorry didn't mean to put you on the spot. Probably neither of those two will win the overall prize... maybe call it a draw and move onto the next pairing unless someone else jumps in and votes of course (maybe we need to put a time limit on each vote for the next match-ups and if it's a draw maybe the album in the most charts wins (in this case Kate Bush would win 4-2)

My vote's for OK Computer here. It's one of my favourite albums with some incredible songs and I never get tired of listening to it. There's always something new in it everytime I hear it, a lot of layers.

Moondance is much easier for me to listen to. While OK Computer is more complex, and is usually my kind of thing, I'd still have to go for Moondance.

This is a tough match-up.
Moondance is packed with instantly memorable songs, fantastic instrumentation, and is just a lot of fun.
OK Computer is deep, with free-ranging songs and a whole bag of tricks and bold decisions.
Overall, I have to go with OK Computer, due to its consistent artistic vision and constant innnovation. Of course, the music itself is fantastic

Moondance is more optimistc if you compare it with Astral Weeks and even with Ok Computer. Nice work of art but still not that deep surely not Van Morrison best work. Ok Computer would be my choice!

OK Computer wins 3-1
1sr round
The Stone Roses - The Stone Roses
vs
The Clash - The Clash
My vote goes to the Stone Roses, one of the best albums I've ever heard. It has a great neo-psychedelic stye and every song is a good one, even the minute long Elizabeth My Dear is strangely captivating. Most of the songs are so catchy its like a singles collection but nonetheless they gel together well like songs on a good album should. _________________ "Its so easy to laugh, its so easy to hate. I like both of these albums. The Stone Roses is a good album but so is The Clash, however Stone Roses edges it for me as well.
