Rating metrics: Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)

This album has a Bayesian average rating of 68.4/100, a mean average of 67.8/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 68.2/100. The standard deviation for this album is 19.7.

This is cool and sexy, for once the album title proves right. A very enjoyable album as a whole. Even some of the interludes are good.

Waterfalls is really the only song worth listening to here, but even then it's not great. There's a reason this album has been all but forgotten.

Grande marco! O rap é incrível e as harmonias são deliciosas.

Not enough reward for that much skit-based patience testing.

CrazySexyCool is a great 90's R&B record.

10 originals, 5 skits, and 1 cover. It's not unwelcome to hear a Prince song, but TLC doesn't add much to the song and it doesn't add much to the album. There are too many skits and that takes away from the album. Some of them are fine, especially the Phife and Busta Rhyme features. Even the TP skit serves to show that they're still the same fun band from the first album. The one after Waterfalls should have been removed, for sure.

The remaining songs are all fantastic, especially the two #1 singles and the Babyface tracks. It goes without saying the iconic status Waterfalls holds. Super smooth vocal delivery, well-placed rap features, and signature hip hop rhythms bring the album together and make it live up to its name.

I really can't stand the interludes, but what nostalgia!

Not THAT bad... These girls have talent, but there seems to be a lack of direction or consistency here. Some tracks (Creep, Waterfalls) are aboslute knockouts.

This album is kind of disappointing to me. I love "Waterfalls" but the rest of the album did nothing for me.
