“New Erotica Collection” is incredibly skilled at keeping long instrumentals interesting. It achieves this by letting them ebb and flow at the right time. The production is fantastic with vintage sounds being used for texture with modern touches giving them grace. The sound of the synths are so rich. “Close to my Nebula” has an exquisite lead that sits in the background and then strikes with force. “My Lincoln” has a great sense of humor with one of the only vocals on the album being dedicated to pushing posthumous records out of a car. The track that doesn’t really work is “Falling in Love”. P Nuts vocals clash with the sound of the album. Opulent, full, impressive. (Edited)
