A major comeback for The Antlers. Peter Silberman finally cracks the sparse songwriting and atmospheric production by simplifying. Intimate, tactile production with moody songs and performances which accentuate the space between every beat make each moment count. A masterclass in sonic dynamics. Moreover, a really powerful and sobering collection of songs with a handful of highlights but that shines as a complete statement.
