prog periphery
by sssvnnn

There are lot´s of good Progressive-Rock Charts on BEA.
No need to do another one?
Some month ago I realised that there are many interesting but pretty unknown bands and musicians from the musicial periphery.
Without any doubt the Progrssive-Rock comes from England and all of the Prog Charts on BEA introduce the classical british "big" bands. That´s OK but I wanted to do a chart to explore some more music from the rest of the world.
No english bands, no american bands and...no german bands as well (no german bands just because there are enough brilliant Kraut-Rock charts on BEA (Nick Volos, bobbyb5, Captain_Dude..))
Here we go: Some obscure stuff, a lot of good epigonal bands, some traditional folk input... some music on the edge of Prog, Avant-garde, Jazz, Folk...

Loving the concept and this has to be the only chart with five Swiss entries on it (my wife is Swiss) so added kudos for that.
