The premise is simple, each album must have a connection to the previous one. We'll see where I end up by number 100. An added complication is that i must own the album and I can’t duplicate an artist

Featured a load of great artists including Richie Havens, Barry Goldberg & Buddy Miles but I decided to go with Mike Bloomfield

On this album the great blues guitarist did tracks in the style of other great guitarists. Strange concept but on the whole it works. One of those he was trying to emulate is the awesome John Lee Hooker

The great man playing with a great band supporting him. This album isn't a meeting of equals as CH sit on the background and JLH does his stuff. Good album but could have been better if CH had stepped to the fore a little more. Anyway, where does this album lead us???????

I wasn't sure whether to go with another album featuring JLH but what the hell. This is an album mostly of collaborations with other great artists so I've gone with.........

Charlie Musselwhite appeared on The Healer. fabulous harmonica player who reportedly was the basis for the character of Elwood Blues, played by Dan Ackroyd in the film, The Blues Brothers
