"This was an unexpected joy. Even though there's nothing that really makes it different or musically perfect, it just hits all the marks. I love this album and rate it as their best. It's loaded with great tracks right through. Massively under rated in my opinion"  Reply

Strongly influenced by The Shangri-Las and Girls At Our Best! they had a unique sound, thanks to having two drummers, bridging the gap between post-punk and the later jangly twee bands. Sounds a bit like 'Just Like ..."  [+]  Reply

"I'm loving the evolution of DIIV with this new record. More guitars and distortion (best exemplified in Blankership) but still dreamy. Skin Game works perfect as a single. Deceiver is growing on me more and more and will probably be there in my 2019 list."  Reply

"An unexpected album. Food for the party. Really worth a listen just for 'All I Want to Do Is Rock' and 'Tied to the 90's'. Me wonders why they changed their ways so fast afterwards."  Reply

"Not a bad album. Got a nice guitar sound to it. Not much to distinguish between tracks, nothing particular of putting. Could appeal to fans of the lo- fi sound. Imagine Pt 3 was the song which I enjoyed the most."  Reply
