Deep blues
The great man playing with a great band supporting him. This album isn't a meeting of equals as CH sit in the background and JLH does his stuff. Good album but could have been better if CH had stepped to the fore a little more.

Canned Heat are invisible on this record. It's essentially a solo JLH album...which isn't at all bad, but he's done better versions of all these songs. A missed opportunity for something great here.
