Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 88.6/100, a mean average of 88.1/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 88.9/100. The standard deviation for this track is 11.1.

Such a powerful song. I've cried to this. What a way to say goodbye by saying that it will never be enough in one's life, and that there will always be things unsaid, things not donde, but as he says in Moonage Daydream: it's not about how long you live, but what you did with your life. That's why, I think, it's the more powerful: even having lived such a life, giving so much to people, he still feels the need to tell us he couldn't give everything he had to give away. Rest in peace David.
This song is the most like his older 70s work and not just because of the harmonica sample. I would've hated if the entire album were just a rehash of Bowie's older work but as a final send-off, it works perfectly.
Is that the harmonica from A New Career In A New Town?
This one puts the exclamation point on his entire amazing catalog. It gets me every time I hear it. So beautifully constructed and performed. Very strong.
This song is like saying goodbye to a friend you'll never see again, but you know that there's nothing you can do to change things.
Definitely one of the best on the album. It's such a spectacular end to an excellent final album.
