These guys were such good musicians. Christ, I’ve been sleeping on this song for far too long.
Absolute magic.
Best song ever when it's a cold drizzly day.
This song really lives up to it's name. I took a walk while listening to Houses of the Holy, about halfway through "The Song Remains the Same" it started raining, and walking around listening to this song while it's raining is just such an experience, it truly brings out the beauty in this track, although it's fantastic regardless.

A brilliant song that is pretty different from the normal led zepp... The guitar is so intricate and brilliant and so has to be Second best behind stairway for me

Absolutely beautiful intro! It picks up the pace near the end but it does so in such a controlled and graceful way.
It starts beautiful, then gets to some good heavy stuff. And the lyrics are great. It's like a sequel to Stairway to Heaven.
I love the intro to this song.
