One of the greatest guitar riffs of all time. The duet style of the song makes it so great. Both Clapton and Bruce were excellent singers. (Edited)
The song is amazing as a whole, but the riff is the real standout here. Also a great beginners riff, it was the first I learned. (Edited)

A classic song even tho it is a bit overplayed. The thing I like the most about this song is Clapton and Bruce singing in sort of a duet. There voices really match. (Edited)
