The first great power trio shines even more as heard from the live albums.

Great, seminal late sixties hard rock band. Like Hendrix, just a few original studio albums, all great.
It's sad to see that Cream is starting to slip out of the more known artists on this website. They pioneered psychedelic rock, the power trio format, drum solos, among other things. Some of the greatest guitar music in the world came from Clapton from these years.

Pioners.
One of the most important bands of the 60s. They made the blues heavier and inspired countless bands later in the decade, including Rush.
new way to feel the blues, all bands after them have some influences from them, pioneers!!
