Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. I had this on cassette in the 70's. The cassette was made by the RCA record club. "I Feel Free" had an extra verse and "Born Under A Bad Sign" had an extra guitar solo. I haven't been able to find these versions anywhere else or even seen a reference to them, but I remember them well. Does anyone else remember these?
