No, you're missing the point. I'm simply implying that I'd expect people in general would more likely prefer a 'legend' than an up-and-comer. Not because of other people's opinions, but because they themselves acknowledge her as an all-time great.
Yeh, I'm exaggerating on the term 'up-and-comer', but this was based upon Eggman's statement "If more people listen to her, and like it very much, then who knows, maybe she will slowly creep up to fame." (which I doubt really, if she's been releasing music for 20 years)
