It's just pointless. There is nothing anybody can do against the fact that people will take their own lives. I even feel it's a little misplaced to pass judgment about something we who have never committed suicide can never really understand. The only thing we can do is regret those we know who have done it ; feel sad that somebody should even think of it ; or, like Naples, regret what it costs to society (I personnally had never thought about that, as it seems completely absurd to me, and I wonder how much it would cost to constantly try to prevent suicidal people from killing themselves anyway).
Anyhow, euthanasia I'm in favour of. |
Very well said.

I think there's another kind of suicide; somewhat like retiring from life. I can imagine a peaceful happy suicide as a rational choice. I think I'll do it when I think there's nothing to do for me in this world. Maybe after I'm 60 or sth.

Suicide - Obviously not for it, but there's nothing you can really do to stop it most of the time.
Euthanasia - For it. No need for someone to suffer unnecessary pain. _________________

It's suits you, although perhaps that's not a good thing _________________ She's dead, wrapped in plastic.
Justice is not a frivolous thing, Simpson. It has little if anything to do with a disobedient whale.
