I think it's a pretty alright album myself, but I'm not a big red hot chili peppers fan.

It deserves a lot of respect with it's funk-infused alt flavour, but I also tend to perceive it as over-rated. I perceive RHCP to be overrated in general, I think.

Still, the singles and some of the other tracks are great.

I recently listened back three or four of their albums and I thought they were all bad. It confused me given that I used to be a big fan when I was a kid, but they just don't do anything for me anymore.

Near perfect album as far as song quality goes, but it's WAY too long. I can practically never find an opportunity to listen to it from start to finish. Best tracks are Power of Equality, Suck My Kiss, Righteous and the Wicked, The Greeting Song, My Lovely Man, and Sir Psycho Sexy.
