I can't believe I'm saying this because I really wasn't expecting to release something so close to Gestalt, but I ended up completing this project a lot sooner than I thought I would, and I don't see any point in delaying its release.
My next release, Albedo, is an EP that will be released in a bit over a weeks time on February 4th. I'm still thinking of the words on how to describe the sound to be honest, but it is somewhat similar to Gestalt. It's a bit louder than Gestalt, and perhaps somewhat fatter. I've released the title track.
It's about a 20 minute long EP, if you wanna give it a listen that'd be cool. It's really just a short shot of a whole bunch of flavours and textures wrapped up in some harder hitting drums than my previous work.

And I don't think I'll have another release for a while Maybe another one this year is possible, but at the moment I'm back at the drawing board (and the drawing board isn't exactly being drawn on at the moment).
My next project isn't actually music based at all, I've been working on a novel the past few months and hope to have it completed sometime around April. I've really been getting to the grind about that over the last month or so. It's edging along nicely, but it means I probably won't be working on any new music for a while unless something really inspires me. Hoping to listen to plenty of other BEA releases this year though
