This is slightly off-topic, but I'd like to see Paul McCartney do an album and tour with Elvis Costello, and a semi-Beatles reunion with him would be really cool. That makes more sense than playing with Julian whose music was boring as shit in the 80's as I recall. Elvis and Paul collaborated back in the late 80's and some great songs came out of it, including Costello's Veronica and Paul's My Brave Face. He said at the time that working with Elvis was the closest he'd come to working with John again.
The good thing about Julian, as I'm sure you know, he sounds a lot like John.
But no, he is not even close to the lyrical mastery of his Father _________________ .
