Paradise City used to be one of my favorite songs but I've become a bit burnt out on the hits on this album and my new favorites on it are My Michelle and Think About You.

This album had such a unique rock sound that held up and turned into a true rock classic. Holds up today with its catchy line up. Awesome bridges and classic guitar solos.

That sound is Axl Rose. My dad HATES his voice. I can understand hating the voice in the albums after Appetite, but Axl had real talent in this one.

I don't listen to it much anymore, but it was a favorite album of mine for a long time. Still respect the hell out of it.

It's funny how many people consider GNR one of the greatest bands of the 80's when most of their discography was released in the 90's.

As for this album, it's not bad, but I'm not a huge fan of it. Sweet Child o mine used to be one of my favorite songs, but now I found everything about it annoying, especially that guitar rift.

They were great in the 80's, but I could never call them one of the best. If they had more extremely good albums, and more than just six, they'd be up there. But Axl lost the good stuff in his voice, and they just weren't the same.
