Serge Gainsbourg - I don't have a clue what he's saying but you can't do wrong with that voice.
I think most of the lyrics are sexual, while others are just silly. He's sort of the French Barry White.
i"m not an expert on serge, but i think that here's not really a local Bary white. his lyrics are much more poetic and subtle, with a little provocative dose. he's more a combination of Bob Dylan/barry white/The Stooges (iggy pop).
Koenjihaykkei is a Japanese group that sings in a language they made up, as is Magma(although they're French).
