Serge Gainsbourg - I don't have a clue what he's saying but you can't do wrong with that voice.

I think most of the lyrics are sexual, while others are just silly. He's sort of the French Barry White.

Oh mon Dieu.

Very Happy

actually i'm not a Mylene Farmer's fan, i've heard only one album "Anamorphosee", which i found just okay, a pop maintream album .... but California is incredibly glamorous and sexy, a lot of memories of my early experiences with that song. souvenirs souvenirs ...

i"m not an expert on serge, but i think that here's not really a local Bary white. his lyrics are much more poetic and subtle, with a little provocative dose. he's more a combination of Bob Dylan/barry white/The Stooges (iggy pop).

I'm willing to bet that this is the first and last time in history that Serge Gainsbourg has been compared to The Stooges.

Koenjihaykkei is a Japanese group that sings in a language they made up, as is Magma(although they're French).

Just put "Zeuhl" into Wikipedia and you'll find hella quality non-English singing bands.

That is one of the weirdest things I've ever seen. Leave it to the Japanese to applaud a hologram cartoon character.
