Okay firstly - I think we should work on a first come first serve basis as we always have. So the abandoned tournamenets have priority (unless they are going to restart in which case they'd have to be considered a new tournament).
Few things:
- The BYT tournament only has 3 matches left so that'll be super short and sweet.
- Does itsit want to resume or reset his tournament?
- nezzle doesn't spend as much time on the forums as he used to and I'm not sure he'd want to take on a tournament again. If someone else wants to do it (because a Rapper Tourny is a great idea) I think it would be reset and considered a new tourny.
I'd be a little interested to hear more about the abandoned tourneys. What are they about? Who started them? How old are they? How long ago were they abandoned? stuff like that...
Seems to me if they were abandoned then there must not have been enough interest to keep them going in the first place. And people who made nominations may not be active. Active users may not have much investment in the tourney. stuff like that...
I guess I'm inclined to forget the abandoned tourneys and start fresh with ones that active users are interested in....
Personally, I would rather have the abandoned tourneys(with the exclusion of Best Year) just be restarted, and voted upon in my aforementioned poll idea.
I wrote out who started which on the previous page. Most stopped either at the start of this year or half way through last.

Most times tournaments are abandoned due to whoever is running them getting a little too busy (or lazy) in real life to keep up with them.
If a tournament is going to be restarted rather than resumed than my thinking would be that it's just considered a new tournament and goes next in line after the already planned new ones.
