The cops are always covering up there tracks and their guilt as they continue to oppress the people more and more.
How do you know that a cop didn't use a non police issued weapon to fire into a police radio?
And who is doing the test on the bullet in the radio.

THEY WANT A TYPE OF MARSHALL LAW THAT PROHIBITS PUBLIC GATHERINGS NOT O.K.'D BY
THE GOVERNMENT.
