So what is "free health care" if it isn't "free"?

You know for the first time ever this healthcare thing makes some sense Why didn't any of the people protesting it say that before?

You realise that the UK has the same 'free' health care system right? The NHS provides it and the NHS is publicly funded - i.e. it comes out of taxes (income tax I believe). I mean I don't pretend to understand all the ins and outs but generally the USA's health care system is universally seen as one of the worst for a first world country and the people against "free" health care tend to be greedy money grubbing capitalists.
