Of course, this is going to be dynamically selected, so if a chart is updated it could fall in/out of this list at any point, so this isn't a final list or anything.
I think another criteria that needs to be added is that a chart cannot be shown twice within a certain time period (similar to the album of the day which can't be duplicated within six months). This will help to keep things fresh.

This all looks pretty good, but I think the amount of ratings and average rating should be lowered (or not included at all).
I mean, this whole idea was spawned to introduce charts that may not be as known to most people on this site, so charts that may not have the ratings for this won't be included. If it's going to be a random chart I feel it should be not only popular ones with lots of ratings, but also charts that users may have not seen yet.
Also, I think if you have a bar for the average rating, the random charts would lose some diversity. I think alot of the higher ranked charts look similar (not saying that's a bad thing). I personally like seeing charts that aren't necessarily on par with what is popular on this site. Bork's chart comes to mind of a chart that wouldn't be on here because of low ratings, which would be a shame, because I think his chart is really good.

Good point. Although I'm confused as to why yours is not there as you have a rating of 76?? I thought it might be fanboyism but you have less than 6 albums by Kamelot, so not sure why you're not there. Oh I just realised divisible by 10. Add 2 more Necharsian!

Ratings and the number of ratings are benchmarks to avoid recognizing crap charts. I realize that beauty is in the ear of the beholder and that variety is the spice of life. The Chart of the Day would highlight many charts that have been favorable reviewed and certainly will include charts of favorites as well as charts of greats.

Adding 2-12 is a lot less work than adding 100 (I swears I'll have one by October 1st).
I'd rate your chart 90 to bump up the rating but unfortunately there seems to be a rule that's come in in the last week that if you don't have a chart you can't rate others (Understandable I guess I shouldn't be casting aspersions on others if I'm not willing to be judged  ) so I guess that's me out.

Actually, I do believe that rule has been enforced for a a while now. At least since the beginning of 2011.
