Ahhhhhhh this is a brutal matchup, I love that Etran de L'Air. This Meridian Brothers album has been such a big one for me tho, huge mood booster. It's a tough call

There been some interesting match-ups in this tournament— we've had some radical differences, some that are almost the exact same song, and tracks that even pair together— but this might be one of the most unfair. These are two totally different styles from different parts of the world being revitalized in different ways, excellently— yet they're both designed to do the same thing. It's energetic, upbeat relaxation.

Toubouk Ine Chihoussay gets my vote simply because I'm more in the mood for Tuareg than Cumbia today. I don't have much more of an explanation than that.

Hoping everyone gives both of these albums a spin.

I don't remember championing that Meridian Brothers track - I didn't even know it. I can't be their captain, sorry chicos.

Good track though. Still going for Etran de l'Aïr, but great matchup.

Gotta vote for my nom, but damn if I don't love the Meridian Brothers too.

I second Hayden's recommendation: definitely check out both of these projects.

Oh man I did not catch that at all, columbia jackets have ruined my ability to spell that country, the same way pidgey the pokemon has fucked up my ability to spell pigeon

But also no worries on that slip up, this is a lot of organization here! Thanks for putting it all together!
