Very good cohesive instrumental masterpiece with amazing field recordings and ambient sounds.

Would seriously recommend to anyone.

Honestly, the best post-rock album of all time. A masterpiece.

I remember enjoying this quite a bit. I'll have to give it another listen soon.

Ooh, good idea. Razz

Lovely, transcendental album. They're incredible live too.

Top ten, fucking love it. Very close between it, Spiderland, and Winter Hymn Country Hymn Secret Hymn for my favorite post-rock album.

Fantastic album. My only gripe is that it peaks too early. All 4 tracks are great but to me Storm seems to blow the other 3 songs out of the water.

Still, one near-perfect composition and three great ones is pretty damn good in my eyes.

Yes! Did you get to see them recently?

I saw them at a church a couple years back when they reunited. Such a magnificent performance. Plus they had one of the coolest projectionists I've ever seen doing visuals.

In October, where I also saw NMH, Purity Ring, Animal Collective, Daniel Johnston, Bosnian Rainbows, and others. Razz

When I went they had a screen with really atmospheric stuff going on it. Hard to describe, but it was transfixing. Well, the music was transfixing, but the visuals accompanying it made it even better.
