The add chart functionality is back

I've spent an unhealthy amount of time tracking down and hopefully fixing the problem with the add chart functionality.

We've added a feedback box to the end of the wizard to capture end-user feedback and we're determined to nail this functionality. It may take a few more revisions and your feedback to enable us to get it right, but we will. The feedback box will stay on the Add Chart page for as long as it needs to be there.

The main reason that there is validation during the wizard is to enable the albums to be cross-referenced against each other so that meaningful statistics can be compiled and also to enable drill-down between artist, album and chart. It would be quite simple just to allow free-text entries in the user charts but this would not create a scalable site as quite quickly the statistics would become meaningless.
