All of the Above means: "I Don't Mind Straight People, As Long As They Act Gay in Public" & "I Don't Mind Gay People, As Long As They Act Straight in Public"= I think straights should act like gays and gays like straights; Who thinks like that? Why there is such a choice as "All of the Above" ?

•1 part Triple Sec
•1 part MARTINI & ROSSI Dry Vermouth
•Top w/ Ginger-Grenadine Foam
Directions: Muddle the ginger with the Grenadine in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add crushed ice and remaining ingredients and stir for approx. 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top w/ the Ginger-Grenadine Foam***
Garnish: long orange peel
**House made Grenadine is simply 1 part sugar dissolved in 1 part Pomegranate juice.
***Ginger-Grenadine Foam – add 1 part house-made grenadine, and 2 parts egg whites to a whipped cream dispenser, shake well, and allow to chill.
