HTML disallowed in comments

Unfortunately, spammers/bots are still submitting comment spam containing links for casinos etc dozens of times of day so I've had to take the step of automatically stripping comments (when they are submitted) of any embedded HTML tags.

In addition, I wiil continue to delete all comment spam as and when it is found (legitimate comments will not be affected.)

To all the members, I hope this isn't too much of an annoyance but I hope you all understand the reasons.
