You can list the beginning and ending of an album, or just one of them. I don't have a lot on my mind right now, so I'll just throw a short number out.

Bat 3. The Monster is Loose/Cry to Heaven
The beginning and ending of Surrealistic Pillow

I'll think of others later.

Led Zeppelin kicks of with Good Times Bad Times and closes with my favorite Zeppelin track, How Many More Times.

The Doors: Break On Through, and then The End.

Let it Bleed starts with Gimme Shelter and ends with You Can't Always Get What You Want.

Who's Next starts with Baba O'Reilly and closes with Won't Get Fooled Again.

I'll probably post more later but this is a good start.

Now the real question is which is better, The Moon and Antarctica's beginning and end or Good News For People Who Love Bad News' beginning and end. The Moon And Antarctica is the better overall album, but World At Large is one of the best songs Modest Mouse has ever recorded. I'll have to think about this one.

Lol, the last song on Moon and Antarctica (What people are made of) is terrible, that's why I love it so much, Modest Mouse has that ironic stuff about them that they put you in a certain mood, but then they kill that mood. As far as I'm concerned, Good news has the better beginning/ending though.
