This has aged pretty poorly. No one my age even knows what the hell Radar Love means. No one my age knows who Vince Taylor is. Surprisingly, the two 9-minute tracks are the best on here, because the group's instrumental chemistry is palpable. The guitarist is actually great, wish he had more time to solo.
Starts off strong but moves into prolonged instrumental sequences.

Favoritas: Radar Love, Candy's Going Bad, Are You Receiving Me
Apart from the brilliant and well known Radar Love, this album also has the equally exceptional Candy's Going Bad, and the even better masterpiece Vanilla Queen. A very underrated album.
I have both versions of this album but consider the international version as one of the truly great albums. Every song a classic.
Best Track: Radar Love
This is certainly Golden Earring at their peak. Production levels had lifted, classic tracks such as Radar Love, The Vanilla Queen and Candy's Going Bad. The international version is slightly better than the European version - with the inclusion of a revamped and improved Big Tree Blue Sea in place of the equally cool Just Like Vince Taylor and the only weak track, Suzy Lunacy.
