Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. This album hasn't stood the test of time compared to "Janet" and "Velvet Rope" I very rarely play it now and my rating has dropped from 85/100 to 80. The singles All For You, Son of a Gun, Doesn't Really Matter & Someone To Call My Lover are good but the remainder of the album suffers from trying to sound like the albums Velvet Rope & Janet.
All her stuff sounds the same.
Great singles, especially "All For You" and "Doesn't Really Matter" but weak Noon-single tracks
