Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album has a Bayesian average rating of 72.2/100, a mean average of 71.5/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 72.2/100. The standard deviation for this album is 13.0.

Although it's not their most cohesive work, Wilco delivers a jukebox record full of a bunch of soft-rock bangers and only a couple of boredom-inducing misses.
Felt like I was listening to them in a dream cuz it sounds like Wilco but like a bizarro world Wilco haha. My brain was like this is what they sound like right? Pretty good though.
Short listening, nothing special with some good parts.. about sums it up. Extra marks for replay value.
Their best since Sky Blue Sky. It sounds like they're not trying to hard for something new, or trying to hard to respond to their previous work. It's Wilco just playing what they feel like, which is how they should be. Solid.
Very pick up and play - my first Wilco purchase (although I have hear YHF). Enjoyable not too complicated rock, a bit Lou Reed in places (no bad thing) - will be adding more Wilco to my collection.
The album feels effortless in two senses: the first is that it's the group on autopilot, while the second is that the record is natural and easy to like. Maybe not a huge standout, but a fine album nonetheless.
Very easy listen - and a good one at that!
Really great, easy, short listen, nothing amazing, but solid with some great parts.
Probably their best since A Ghost Is Born
I didn't expect much from that album at first, but it turns out to be a pleasant surprise!
