Rating metrics: Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)

This album has a Bayesian average rating of 45.0/100, a mean average of 36.9/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 36.9/100. The standard deviation for this album is 30.7.

Let's be honest, all trap after this used the blueprint this 17-year old laid down here. The first example in trap where the bass drums are brought to the foreground so much that the regular boom bap that still laid the foundation for trap in its early days, was completely drowned out, transforming trap completely into something of its own instead of a subgenre of hip hop.

Oh, and he also invented communism (why not)

Why did people I know like this? I know the guy is just doing what he loves but that doesn't mean it's good

Praising music that is so obviously miserable, and totally without any kind of quality worth mentioning, is beyond my imagination. Because this album ain't even an average pop album, this is monotonicand soulles noises that makes even Ja Rule, Big Sean or Nelly, look like true rap geniuses.

I'm not a huge rap person, but I have to say that I loved this album when it first came out. Yes, I know, it was bad; but that's what MAKES IT SO AWESOME!!!

Plus, hearing "Report Card" makes me feel good about myself for not getting a 17% in science.

I forgot this guy even existed until I came on this site. Then I remembered all the obsession over that stupid song a couple years back. Who says lousy one hit wonders have died?

Well...listened to this again, and as rap albums go this ain't bad at all. It's fairly free from all that castrate whining that seems to be attractive to the record buying rap and R&B audience, and has some fairly interesting grooves. Pretty much every track is highly repetitive, but when the beats get you swayin' that can't be all bad.
