It's well sung and a decent ballad.
This one actually feels a little Oasis-like, just a lot more generic and a lot less interesting. I don't know if I should even address the lyrics in these reviews anymore; every lyric on Calling All Stations is weak compared to previous Genesis works, and Not About Us is no exception. Like Shipwrecked, it makes for good background music, but it's not interesting or deep enough to really dive into. "Inoffensive" is a good, concise word for this song.
